family dispute
My mother recently passed away she had a home in calif that she transfered under my sisters name that lives in denver my mother left no will or testament as to what should be done with the home my other 2 siblings occupy the home now I live in nevada i recently got into a disagreement with my sister that the house is under and it sounds like she is not going to give me any part of the home is there any thing i can do.

Unless you can show that your mother had diminished capacity or that your sister held undue influence over your mother so we can set aside the transfer, you have a problem. I would need more facts to see where to go with this.
