Family Home Handed Down For Generations

My grandfather left his house to my grandmother who handed it over to my mother before her death. My mother recently passed away she was married to a man who as of right now claiming everything as his. He did sign a Quit Claim Deed a couple years back. My mom holds title a married woman who aquired the property as a single woman as her sole and seperate property. What are my rights?

If she had a will or trust, look to that first. If she didn't have one, he may be entitled to a 1/3 to 1/2 interest in her separate property, including the house.

Did she have a will or trust? That would control. If not, he may be entitled to 33-50% of the property.
