Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Family
Ive lived with my grandmother my whole life and she passed away november 3 2007. I took care of her and supported her for about 2 years. She told her 3 kids that i can live in her house as long as i needed until i had some money saved up to get myself a place to live. This last month her children served me a 30 day notice to leave the property. I told them i was going to fight the eviction because i have no where to go. They wanted me out of the house so that they can sell it and once they found out with me fighting the eviction notice it may take 6 months to a year they werent to happy. Anyways about 2weeks after they served me the notice they told me i needed to move out cause there was a buyer for the house. so now in 2 weeks i have to move out and dont have any where to go

Re: Family
You should contact a housing attorney who can maybe get you a stay so that you have time to determine what your legal rights are in terms of living at the house or whether the owner granted you any property rights.
If you have futher questions, please contact an attorney to help you with your case.
Good luck.
