Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Family rights to nonevolved tissue of deceased

I appreciate your e-mail that my question had expired.

I wish to ask it again in a more straight forward way.

When do property rights transfer on tissue of a deceased? Are property rights automatically given up at the time an autopsy is done? Does any state in the Union have statutory law that protects the power of assent on autopsy forms?
