family trust fraud
My grandmother died 18 months ago. My sister is trustee and the trust she sent me isn't the one my grandmother had me read. What can I do to prove this is fraudulent. I don't know the attorney she used. My sister says the other one was no good and she burnt it! She already cheated out of a lot when my father died and frankly I have had it with what she has done with her fudiciary duties. What a sham!

Complain to police. It is advisable to consult the attorney/lawyer

The first step is to contact the attorney who drafted the current trust and see if they are the same who drafted the other one...or if they know who it was.
Was the surviving will drafted first or second?

Your grandmother had a right to change her trust until she died or became incapacitated. That doesn't mean she did. Is there a copy of the old trust anywhere. What evidence do you have of the terms of the old trust agreement?
