Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

family trust

My family has been in a legal battle for over two years regarding a trust dispute that includes real & personal property. Funds to support an attorney from my side of the family have been depleted but we are currently in control of the estate. This case has been to trial but a final ruling has not yet been reached. At this point, is it possible for us to continue the case before the judge without an attorney if the other side continues to be represented?

Re: family trust

No. A trust must be represented by legal counsel in a court proceeding. You can represent yourself in court, but not another, unless you are an attorney.
