How would I obtain a copy of my deceased Father's trust? His wife will not give me one, and my sister and I are named in the trust.

Re: Family Trust
You are entitled to a copy by law. Hire a lawyer to represent you and your sister. A letter from a knowledgeable lawyer will probably do the trick and avoid litigation.

I am sorry for the loss of your father.
She is required to give you a copy of your father's trust. If she refuses you should retain an attorney to demand a copy and protect your rights. It appears that you need an attorney to protect your rights.

Good luck and thank you for your inquiry.

I am sorry for the loss of your father. Losing a parent is always tough.
If his wife will not give you a copy of the trust you can have an attorney write a letter demanding a copy of the trust.
Using an attorney for this purpose can help "take you out of the equation" in that it is the attorney insisting on obtaining a copy of the relevant documents NOT YOU demanding the documents.
You should deflect attention from YOU as the person causing grief to someone already mourning the loss of a spouse and to an unrelated third party.
