Re: my family's living trust

My research shows that it was sued by the attorney general (July 18, 1996) as a "trust mill" that used deceptive and scare tactics. Reports show that the State was awarded $200 million in damages. You may want to start by contacting the State's Attorney General to find out whatever information you can.
