Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Hi, my father changed his will 2 weeks before he died. He was dying from stage 4 cancer and his caretaker (ex relative) is inheriting most of his money and I was disinherited in the new will.

How can I get a copy of the ORIGINAL will? How can I know if he was of sound mind when he changed his will and disiherited me? My father wrote no reason for disinheriting me.

Thank-you!

If beneficiary of the will is a caretaker, you might have grounds to disqualify the caretaker. There are other issues that might invalidate the will, i.e. unsound mind due to illness, and undue influence by caretaker who was close to him. Definitely consult with an attorney.
