Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My father died and his family wants to give me his body but i don't want nothing to do with it and i want to know how i can give up the rights that i have to my fathers sister?

I have little idea what you are asking here. Are you saying he wants you to be the one to bury him? Donate his body to science? What? Be clear on what he is asking you to do and then tell him you would rather he have his sister do it and tell her so too.
