Re: father died house is for sale

Without knowing anything about whether your father had a will, did not have a will, how the deed was held (meaning in whose name) before your father died, if he had a living trust, there is no way to answer your question. How did she get to be in the position to sell your father's house.

I notice by your zip you are in LA. Give me a call if you want.

Take Mr. Roth upon his generosity and call him. It would be best if you write down all the facts involved, the dates things occurred and are scheduled to happen, what you want to do, what your sister has actually told you, etc., and send that to Mr. Roth before you speak to him so that he can understand what your situation is and help you. Do not ramble and say something is fact when it is only an opinion, but disclose all the important facts, especially those that are against you.
