My Father was dying and my Sister had my Father sign the house over through court, does that change the living trust he had before it was change

If your father was trustee, which he most likely was at the time, he could do whatever he wanted to at the time. You may want to speak to an attorney who handles these types of cases to see if there was undue influence or a possible elder abuse claim.
