Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My father is 85 and has just met a 42 year old woman. He has known her for four months and wants to marry her. When he passes on, does all my inheritance go to her? She is obviously a gold digger trying to hustle an old man. Are there any protections for him or his family and their ability to retain inheritance?
