Our Father and Mother passed away ,Its been almost a Month in two days and when do we recieve a copy of the trust and will . Im a beneificary of the trust. my brother asked for a copy and my sister isnt giving him a answer. my sister is a power of Attorney of the trust and Will . she rewrote the trust and will. my Sister said she was given my Mothers pension she saved.and my other brother is a trustee and she says he deserves dads money cause he took care of him my Dads money he takes care of him . so me and Brother whos a beneificary .

You need to get an attorney involved. It is entirely illegal for someone to make changes to a will or trust under a power of attorney and it is entirely illegal to use a power of attorney for personal gain.
