I'm sorry for your loss. Yes you do have the right to a copy of your father's will. Whether or not the estate is being probated, your sister is required to deposit or lodge the will with the Probate court located in the county where your father resided at the time of his death. You should make a request to your sister, in writing, for a copy of the will. While your at it, you can also ask her what the status of the estate. If she refuses to provide you with a copy of the will and it has been lodged with the court, you can obtain a copy from the clerk's office. If she refuses to provide you with an update, consider contacting an estate and Probate attorney.

If the estate is being probated, you should be able to view it by going to the probate clerk's office at the courthouse where the probate is pending.
