Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My father passed away 8/29/10. I wasn't notified of his death until 9/29/10. My understanding is that he remarried before his death, we hadn't spoken for over a year. I am his only child and I want to find out how I can view a copy of his will. I am not on speaking terms with his new wife. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
