Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My father past away and im next of kid but my daughter is claiming he apointed here to handle all things. I dont approve was my father. How can I find out if this is true and legally documented or if im being had?

Do you know if your father left a will or trust? He would have named the executor or trustee to take care of his affairs. You should ask your daughter to show you the document appointing her.
If she cannot do that, depending on the size of your father's estate, you may have to file a petition for probate and have the court appoint an administrator of the estate.
