Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My father would have been a trustee to a will but passed before it was written. His brothers and sister are trustee's and receive 8% each. They sent me paperwork about a hearing on the will in april 29th 2011 and I'm a Intestate heir on the paperwork. Today I had to sign a acknowledgement letter to return to the lawyer and have not sent back yet I need to see what rights I have.

You have a lot of mixed concepts in your question. You say Trustee and will but a Trustee is related to a Trust, not a will. You say his brothers and sister are Trustees and receive 8% each but maybe you mean they are beneficiaries if you are talking about how much they receive. The question cannot really be answered on the facts as given. You need to see an attorney near you soon so that person can help in advance of the hearing time.
