Are all the children of the deceased supposed to sign paperwork when the deceased one's house is sold

If your father's house was in a Trust, then only the trustee signs the paperwork. If there was no Trust or the house was not a Trust asset, but there was a Will, then the executor (after letters of administration has issued) signs. If there was no Trust or Will (i.e., your father passed away intestate), then someone has to petition to open probate and be appointed as the administrator, in which case the administrator signs.
