Do I have a right to see my fathers will

My biological father died 8 years ago, my step mother said I nor my brothers where in the will, am I allowed by law to look at it to see what he said? She will NOT show it to us and I need closure.

Your father's estate should have been probated if there was a will. Check at the Probate Clerk in the County in which your father resided when he died. If there was a probate, the will is in the file and is public record.
