what is the fee paid to the executors' counsel on 2.5 million in estate assets, if we leave out the probability of extraordinary billing?

The statutory fee would be $38,000, along with the same for the executor. The fees are calculated as follows: 4% of the first $100,000, then 3% of the next $100,000, then 2% of the next $800,000, then 1% of the next $9,000,000.
