Fiduciary Duty

If a beneficiary of a will requests a list of assets and the trust's value at the date of the trustor's death and the the trustee refuses, What recourse does the benficiary have?

The beneficiary may have the option of going to court and forcing the trustee to account for what he or she is doing with the trust's assets.
