Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I am not in the field of law, but everybody needs to fill out a Health Directive, Will, Power of Attorney. I put together a package for each family member to make it easy to fill out and advised them to reach the instructions and get them witnessed or notarized or contact an attorney if they don't know what to do. I would like to expand this service of providing blank forms to friends and neighbors. Am I allowed to do this and could it turn into a business if I am not practicing law or advising or helping them fill them out. People know they should do this but are very lazy.

Please advise is this is considered practicing law in the state of California.

Thank you
