Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I need to file an objection to the granting of the petition filed by my nephew to adminster my fathers estate. I objected in court and was asked by the judge to file my objection in writing. I know it needs to go on pleading paper. But, how should it be written, is there a particular/standard form or format I should use? I have searched and cannot find a form. I live in Los Angeles, CA.

It is done on pleading paper. That is the paper with lines on the side that are numbered. You really should at least consult with an attorney to help you with this.

I agree with Mr. Roach that you should consult with an attorney. In addition, if you want to be appointed yourself, you will have to file a competing petition.

You need to state some reason for your objection, especially if your nephew was named as executor in your father's will. A probate attorney can help you phrase your objection so that it will be heard by the Court.
