Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I need to file a partition action how do I do this will I need a lawyer ?

Most likely--it's not a form pleading. Talk with some lawyers to see what's involved. The expenses can often be reimbursed from the sale if you ask for it in the petition, so that should help.

Even a decent lawyer can screw up a partition, because they are both uncommon and pretty technical. It is not a do-it-your-self case.
