Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
How do I go about filing for an interpretation of a trust in California? What form do I use and how much are the fiing fees?

You need to reask what you want. Do you want the court to make a ruling on what the trust really provides, need someone to explain to you what the trust documents provide, or what?
There are no pre-printed forms; there is a loose-leaf service in your local law library called California Forms where you could probably find a fill in the blank pleading to file, but you really should see a probate lawyer on this one- she could tell you what a judge would say before you start getting involved on your own with the most technically challenging field of our profession.
Are you a trustee? Are you a beneficiary? Is there a dispute between the trustee or between beneficiaries over a gift or distribution? A Petition for Instructions is the general name of a pleading and it costs about $400 to file, but without an attorney assisting you I think it would be very difficult to get what you want. You should consult with an attorney about what you really need. Please feel free to call me to discuss your situation further.
