Filing a Letter of Testamentary

Do we need to have an attorney to file for a Letter of Testamentary with our local courts?

No, of course not. You NEVER NEED an attorney, but the Probate process is difficult, so one is always recommended. Our site is listed below, take a look at it and see if it helps you out.
