Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I need help in filing a unlimited jurisdiction civil case that is in excess of $300,000. it is related to embezzlement of a trust issued to a minor. There is fraud, forgery, and breach of contract involved as well. I am not sure how to proceed with filing the paperwork to include all of these complaints.
