Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I am filling for Petition to Determine Succession to real propety. I have the returned DE 160/161 appraisal form and I've filled out the DE310 form. Do I wait to hear back from the court after submitting the previously mentioned forms to file the DE 315 form?

If not, do I only fill out the top section since I don't know what the court will order?

Obtain the services of as probate lawyer to complete the probate process as you have a long way to go in the process before the court will be issuing you an order of final distribution.The mooney will be well spent.
