filling will & testament form
if the questions on the testament form do not apply, should one leave them blank, put a line through or write N/A ? thanks!

I do not recommend that you fill out a form for a Last Will and Testament, without professional advice and counsel, because you may not understand what is applicable or not. Do not be foolish trying to save a few dollars in legal fees, as it will be too late to fix errors and omissions after you pass away. Be advised, it is much more important to you during your lifetime, to have a durable health care power of attorney.
