final stage of probate court?
How will money be distribueted by check or cashiers check?

If the administrator/executor has an estate bank account, then it will probably be by check. I've seen distributions made both ways, however.

I assume you mean as a disbursement from probate? If so, probably check. There is no law on the subject that would mandate any other form of distribution of money.
