how do i find out where a certificate of deposit was left for me if the trustee of the will wont tell me

Is the trust in California or AZ? Take the trustee to court and have them removed if they are not following the the terms of the trust. Hopefully you were served a copy of that. If this is a revocable living trust, you have no rights to anything until the party who created the trust dies.
