How do I find out if a deceased relative left a last will and testament, and if I'm included in it?

If there is a will, it should be lodged with the Superior Court in the county where the deceased person resided, and these records are open to the public. If the will is probated and you are named in it, you will receive a Notice. If there is a trust and you are named in the trust, you must be notified by the Trustee.
