Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

How do i find out about my grandfather and grandmothers will.there is alot of land involved as well as some foul play with the executor.i am an heir through my mother.i live in california.my grandparents did as well but the land is located in texas.how do i go about this situation on my own.

The probate will be in Texas if there is a Will so you need a Texas attorney to look out for your interests there, especially if there is a question about the Executor and 'foul play'.
