how do i find out who handled a loved ones will after the death. my grandma passed away in 2004 and i want to know who handle her will. how do i go about that. my aunt or relatives wont give me information what do i look into? thanks

Go to the court in the county your grandmother died, and look at the case index for your grandmother's name to see if she had an estate for probate filed, and request to see the court record. You may also find your answer on line at the court website for the county your grandmother died in, by looking at the court index and accessing the court estate record.
