Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

i NEED TO FIND A LAWYER THAT WILL TAKE A CASE ON A CONTINGENCY BASIS. mY FATHER LEFT EEVERYTHING HE OWNED TO MY MOTHER. hOWEVER, MY BROTHER, WHO HAD THE SAME NAME AS MY DAD, SIGNED IT OVER TO HIS WIFE, WHO THEN SOLD IT. mY BROTHER TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD GIVE ME MY HALF OF THE$140000. THAT HE SOLD EVERYTHING FOR, BUT HE DIED. wHEN HE DIED, HIS WIFE BUDDIED UP TO MY NEICE AND THE TWO OF THEM THEN PROCEEDED TO FORCE MY MOTHEFR TO SIGN A PIECE OF PAPER THAT SHE COULD NOT READ. ONE PAPER THAT THEY MADE HER SIGN WAS A QUITCLAIM DEED THAT HAD MY LITTLE SISTER AS A JOINT OWNER. THEYFORCED MY MOM TO FORGE MY SISTER'S NAME, TOO. THEY STOLE ALL HER MONEY, HER CARS, HER JEWELLRY, TOOLS, ANTIQUES, ETC., ETC., ETC. MOM WAS INTHE PROCESS OF HAVING HER LAWYER TO GET IT BACK. HOWEVER, TWO DAYS AFTER HER LAWYER BEGAN TO DO THE NECESSARY LEGAL ACTIONS TO REGAIN THE PROPERTY, MOM HAD A STROKE AND SHE BECAME BEDRIDDEN AND COULD NOT TALK, MOVE, EAT, ETC. THEN SHE DIED. MOM HAD MADE ONE MORE QUITCLAIM DEED THAT SHE ADDED MY NAME TO THE TITLE OF THE PROPERTIES, BUT SHE DIED.tHE LAWYER WAS A SR.CITIZEN LAWYER AND HE COULD NOT REPRESENT ME OR MY SISTER, BUT HE SAID THAT I HAD A CLEAR CASE OF FRAUD AND ELDER ABUSE. COULD SOMEONE PLEASE LOOK AT MY PARENTS WILLS AND THE OTHER PAPERS THATBEAR THE TRUTH OF MY CASE AND PLEASE TAKE MY CASE ON A CONTINGENCY?

I doubt that you will find anyone who will take your matter on a contingency if the amount involved is only $140,000. Your best avenue may be to go to the public conservator and/or city attorney in the city your mother lives in and report the elder abuse issues. Good luck.
