Trusts are not usually "lodged" or "filed" anywhere.

One reason to create a trust is to keep private all matters of inheritance and many of the assets of the settlor. There is no central repository of signed trusts anywhere.

You may be able to find sample AB trusts online, but they will be "pro forma" documents needing substantial modification before they can be executed and funded. It's hard to imagine an AB trust on line that can be used "as is," absent an extraordinary coincidence.
