How do you find out who is running a deceased's estate?

Please advise as to how one may get in contact with the person running a deceased's estate.

It depends. Computer services such as Lexis/Nexis have the ability to search recent court filings and may be able ascertain whether or not someone has filed a probate petition. You could also do a similar search yourself by reviewing the probate filings in the county where the decedent lived at his or her death. If a probate has been filed, the court records will reveal both the adminstrator and his or her attorney.

If the person had a trust, obtaining this information may be more difficult.
