I want to find out if my father had esate or a will or a living trust

Lots of ways to find out. Might start by asking his next of kin. If did had a house, you could pull the deed to see if it was transferred to a trust. Could cite person you think has the documents to appear in court with the documents. Could open probate. If someone has a will or trust, they will probably come forward. Those are just a couple of ideas.
