Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

The florida court held a hearing summary judgment but there was a dispute between the parties, it was done with me by phone, i live in calif, and they did not get the agreement to do so by me which is required.i was not told i could get an attorney at my own cost, i had no rep whatsoever, nobody was sworn in, i only testified to avoid a default. i do not know who was there at the hearing i was not told. i was not told if a transcript or recording was being made. it was a final summary judgment all that happened before wa that the attorney petitioner and judge had a status conference without me and without a rep for me or of me. the judge ordered me to return a document that belonged to another client, ( wire transfer of one hundred k. that should not have been sent to me by the attorney, i already sent it to the fbi and this is not a criminal case, it is a trust transfer, and resignation of the trust company, the people then performed the orders of the court to transfer and liquidate my assets and this was done with unsigned court orders. no signature of the judge. they just sent me more of the orders, the same copied and now signed at month two months after the court hearing and after the actions were taken. can i sue ? who can help me to do soi? thank you

Mr. Roach is correct about this being a Florida question. I would also add that your narrative is completely unintelligible, so even if this was a California matter, we couldn't help you.
