Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I need to force the executor to the living trust / will to disclose assets and to execute the trust. He is trying to steal all the funds. What are my first three steps. Where can I get a sample demand letter? Will having most everyone named in the will send separate letters be of benefit?

If the executor is refusing to do send you the required information, you can obtain a Court Order for it. (If they have been refusing, it is unlikely a demand letter from you will make them do it.) You need to file a Petition in Court to force this action. It is not starting a Probate, so don't let anyone talk you into doing so.
