What's a certified interrogatory? Did you consult a lawyer before filing your Answer? What are your defenses?

I don't know exactly what to tell you. It is difficult representing yourself in court. You may want to consider hiring a lawyer for limited representation, to consult. He or she can prepare paperwork for you with your input and you can handle appearances yourself.

The CM-110 is a pretty self explanatory form. Collection agencies are bullies in and out of court, so best get some help, unless you expect to file bankruptcy at some point.
