Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Which form do I use?

I am a older women who's husband has Alzheimers disease. WE do not have enough assets to do a Living Trust so I would like to know if I can just write a will of my own or do I have to add my husband also. He cannot make decisions about anything and I want to make sure that if something happens to me that my daughter gets my things etc. Can you tell me if I need to do one for both husband and wife or I can do my own will.

Thank you
