What form to petition court?

What form do I use to petition the San Joaquin County Probate Court to assume jurisdiction of the administration of a trust? Where can I find it?

There is no Judicial Council printed form to accomplish what you want to do. You are either going to have to hire a lawyer or go to your law library and look up examples of forms in form books and adapt them to your situation. Be sure that San Joaquin County is the County where the trust is being administered as that is essential for that Court to make the Order you are seeking.
