Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Form type

We have two grown and married children. Would we use the trust form for married with children or married without children.

I don't know what form you are referring to. Preparing your own trust is like repairing your car; some people can do it, many others only make the problem worse. Most attorney's will not charge that much to prepare a trust, consider a professional opinion.
