Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Which form to use for my will?

I looked online at some form to make a will. I was confused by the catagories. Divorved, or widowed seemed to fit, but which one? I was divorced from the children's father, remarried, and then widowed. Which form do I use to make my will? I have adult children from the first marriage.

Thank you for any assistance you can give in this matter.

-Cindy

Re: Which form to use for my will?

The best advice I continue his go to what attorney who can help you who is schooled in the estate planning/wills and trusts. If choosing the right form is confusing to you you'll never know if you are doing something incorrectly which will negate any of the designers and intent you have in the distribution of your estate. You additionally don't know of your doing something incorrectly for tax purposes, income tax as well as estate tax. Yet I could attorney and don't do this yourself that is the best advice I can ever give anyone in the situation. I'm in the San Francisco Bay area and if you wish to consult with me I am a 925 -- 945 -- 6000.
