Form for Will

I am a single parent who wishes to create a will for my 19-year-old daughter through use of self-help forms. The site I wish to download from asks me if my daughter is a child or adult. She is starting sophomore year at a university in Ohio. When is/was she a legal adult as far as a will goes?
