Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I have a friend who's aunt passed away in Mexico and left a house and bank accounts under the two sister's name, but the aunt used to live in Chulavista (if i remember correctly). There is a lady who cared for this aunt who passed away and keeps calling my friend's mom wanting to know what is going on with all the money and property the aunt left because she want s to claim some of it. The aunt didn't leave a testament for the home in Mexico, can this lady still claim part of the home and the money the aunt left in the banks under the other two sister's name?

Not enough info to answer. Is the "lady" an heir of the aunt's Will? Did the accounts and house in Mexico pass via joint tenancy or beneficiary designation? Your friend should have an attorney review all the relevant documents.

I think you need an attorney in Mexico. A California attorney cannot give you advice as to Mexican probate law.
