Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My friend resided and died in Massachusetts. She has an account in a California Bank over $150.000. Her estate has been probated in Massachusetts. Both her parents have been appointed personal representatives, as she had no spouse nor children. Please let me know how the Massachusetts court's decision can be recognized in California and what is the procedure. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Personal property follows the residence of the owner, so there should be no problem for the personal representatives of the estate to access the CA account, by presenting a certified copy of the Letters of Administration (or whatever it is called in MA) and death certificate.
