Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My friend trusted someone to help her get equity from her home which had a reverse mortgage. It was sold by her and it now is in a trust in her name which is at the address of person she trusted by way of inter family transfer. She had no family at all because I did everything for so she could live at home for two years after her only daughter died. She died in nursing home four days after the sell which was for 300,000 less than what it was worth. This person has preyed on others with the same mo and always by way of trusts. Can I stop him with the help of an attourney?
